Dr. Umer Najib, vice chair of the WVU Medicine Department of Neurology and head of the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute (RNI) Headache Center, explained that migraine involves much more than head pain. Migraine attacks can include symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, imbalance, dizziness, weakness and language and cognitive dysfunction. -
