Football games to affect patient, visitor parking on the WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital campus

The kick-off of WVU’s football season this weekend means that patient and visitor parking on the campus of WVU Medicine J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, including WVU Medicine Children’s, the WVU Cancer Institute Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, the WVU Medicine Jon Michael Moore Trauma Center, the Physician Office Center, and the WVU Eye Institute, will be impacted. -

Crocco named to new position

Todd Crocco, M.D., has been named as the new medical director and principal investigator for WVU’s CPRC, effective August 1, 2016. The CPRC conducts paid clinical trials that compare generic to name brand medications already on the market and how medications or drugs are absorbed and used by the human body. Dr. Crocco also serves as the Health Sciences Center’s chief business development officer as well as the director of health partnership ventures. He is a professor in the School of Medicine’s Department of Emergency Medicine.
