Global health rotations provide health sciences students with international experience

Every year, teams from West Virginia University’s Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Public Health and Pharmacy participate in clinical rotations at locations across the world. WVU and the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties remind faculty, staff, and students to drop off donations for the Blue & Gold Mine Sale by May 9th. Collection boxes have been placed in each residence hall in addition to four outdoor donation stations around Morgantown at Chateau Royale, the top of Falling Run Road, Seneca Center, and Grant Street. Items like furniture, home décor, kitchenware, clothing and electronics are welcome, however mattresses, box springs, CRT televisions and computer monitors will not be accepted. Rondalyn Whitney receives 2018 AOTF Virginia Scardina Award of Excellence

The 2018 American Occupational Therapy Foundation award winners received their awards at the AOTA/AOTF Awards Ceremony at the American Occupational Therapy Association Annual Conference in Salt Lake City on April 21. Every year, AOTF bestows awards and honors to individuals, agencies, businesses and /or other organizations that contribute time, energy, and support to the fulfillment of the mission, goals, and objectives of AOTF.
